group. We may not
do everything

well-rounded seems

THE HELP AND GUIDANCE OF ALL THE
PAST AND CURRENT MANAGERS OUT
THERE! IN ORDER FOR ME AND MY
STAFF TO SUCCEED, I WANT TO CREATE
AN OPEN AND FRIENDLY WORK
ENVIRONMENT JUST LIKE THE SERVANT

I believe that leading by example


is the best way to create unity in the
workplace. I often say, If you have
time to complain, then you have
time to do something about it! I
am seen working and that lets
others know that they should be
working too.

are so many distractions out there! But
opening not just your ears but also your
entire person to another, will help you
understand that person completely. You
will understand their wants, their needs,
their fears and their joys and you will be
able to relate to them for the rest of your
days.

I try to bolster up someone
elses self-worth so that
one day they might do the
same to me.

funny how just one
questionable act can
shade your
