Passport,PANCard,VoterID,CollegeID(supportedwithavalidATM/Credit/DebitCardwithyourname),
EmployeeID,oraNotarizedAffidavit(inEnglish)withPhoto,Signature,DateofBirthandResidentialAddress.
d. Photocopyoftheidentificationproofthatyouarecarrying.Youneedtocarryoriginalidaswellaswiththe
photocopy.
e. NecessarystationarywhichmayincludePen,pencil,eraser.

andresidentialaddress.
5. Youneedtoreporttheexaminationvenueatleast15minutesbeforethestarttimeasmentionedintheadmitcard.
CandidatesreachingafterthereportingtimewillNOTbeallowedtotakethetest.
6. YoushouldkeepyourmobilephonesswitchedoffwhiletakingAMCAT.
