to Operate and Discharge Permit
Environmental
Guarantee
Fund

insurance, surety bond, trust fund, or a combination
thereof)
Process flow and detailed description
Wastes acceptance criteria and procedure
In case of recycling and recovery facility, recovered
material or product shall meet the product standard
Storage Management Plan Long-term plan
Contingency and Emergency Plan
Valid contract with a registered Transporter(s)

5.2.1 REQUIREMENTS FOR TSD FACILITIES

An official TSD Registration Certificate

shall be issued that will either be:
(a) Temporary Registration Certificate valid for
three (3) months to allow to conduct trial
burn or test run for facilities in Categories A,
B, D and E; or
(b) Regular TSD Facility Registration Certificate
