Skansen museum

Skansen is first museum natural in the

open air.It was found in 1891 by Arthur
Hazelius from the island Djugrden near
downtown Stockholm.

The park streetch on a

supraface the 300.000
square meters, more than
150 original historic
buildings at the eighteen
centuries nineteen, with
handicraft work shops in
the contemporany
environment, such as
shoemakers, bakers,
glassmakers.

It has a zoo with over 60 species animals.

Another popular atrtraction is

pavillion with acquarium and
monkeys.

The museum sheltes in 1903, popular

Christmas markets, in the summer
months, concerts and demonstrations of
folk dances.
