Village

Each village starts the game with a H&M score of 50. After 45 turns the game ends
and victory/defeat is determined by the total H&M score, which is the average H&M
score across the ten villages.

H&M Score (Average of all villages)

The H&M score determines the % chance that new Enemy missions will be created
in the next turn. Therefore the lower the H&M score the higher the chance of more
Enemy missions next turn, and vice versa.
