Presently before the Court is an ex parte motion filed by Plaintiff Philippe

21

Charriol International Limited (Plaintiff) seeking leave to file a 60-page

22

consolidated Memorandum of Points and Authorities in support of its intended

23

Omnibus Motion for relief arising out of Defendant Alor International Limiteds

24

(Alor) serious and serial violation of the Courts April 10, 2014 Preliminary

25

Injunction. (ECF No. 336 at p. 1.) In support of its request, Plaintiff contends that

26

some of Alors alleged conduct is more subtle and is intentionally difficult to

27

verify and therefore has to be described in detail and requires further explanation.

(ECF No. 338 at p. 2.) Plaintiff further contends that the law supporting the

various forms of relief is complex and requires in-depth explanation, including

combining facts and legal tests for Injunction compliance.

Plaintiff asserts that [n]one of this can be accomplished in 25 pages. (Id. at p. 3.)

Defendant Alor International Limited opposes the motion. (ECF Nos. 337, 339.)

(Id. at pp. 2-3.)

Having read and considered the moving papers, and good cause appearing,

the Court GRANTS IN PART Plaintiffs ex parte motion (ECF No. 336). Plaintiff

may file a 35-page consolidated Memorandum of Points and Authorities in support

of its intended Omnibus Motion for Eight Categories of Relief Arising from

Alors Serial Contempt of Injunction. If the Court decides it needs additional

information after the motion is fully briefed, it will set the matter for oral argument

11

or request additional briefing.
