All the students of M.E. Computer Science and Engineering and M.E.

Software Engineering and

M.E. Information Security are hereby informed that their evaluation for Minor Project will be on
16th December 2014.
The students are advised to adhere to the following procedure.
1. Name of Thesis Supervisor would not be mentioned in both, neither in Minor Project report
nor in presentation.
2. Each student would be given 15-20 min for presentation and 5 min. for viva.
3. Minor Project report (printed both sides) would be of 20-25 pages (Guidelines of report have
been displayed on notice board).
4. Minor Project Presentation would be evaluated out of 100 marks (Relevance/Originality (20),
Problem Formulation/Literature (20), Implementation & Results (20), Quality of Report
Writing (20) and Viva-voce (20)).
5. All presentations should be uploaded and thoroughly checked before the start of the
presentation session.
6. All the references would be written in IEEE format.
The detailed schedule of Minor Project evaluation and information about the venue the students
will be posted on the notice board before Minor Project presentation. The students are advised to
report to venue 10 minutes early so as to upload their presentations on the laptop.
