Project 1: Metered Supplies System

Metered Supplies System (MSS) is a mission critical application from Xerox for its customer care center
reps to serve its customers in a single call. it is a web based application which interacts with various
interfaces for collecting meter reads of Xerox machines, maintaining customer information, customers
usage history, placing orders for customers automatically based on the meter reads received from
customers machines and the past history.

Responsibilities:
Level 3 support for fixing and implementing SQL Queries, PL/SQL Functions and Procedures for
the production applications.
Responsible for resolving Production Issues (L2/L3 support), involving debugging PLSQL
Procedure/Functions/Packages, SQL Tuning activities and bug fixing.
Interacting with client/application owners for resolving production issues and new requirements.
Writing UNIX shell scripts for automating jobs and monitoring CRON jobs.
Project 2: Canadian Integration into Metered Supplies System (CIIMSS)
CIIMSS is a project extends the use of Metered Supplies System (MSS) application of Xerox to its
Canadian customer. This projects leveraging the best business practices from MSS and develop a new
CIIMSS system. This project also integrates the Xerox.ca to bring the customers online order to MSS.
