Beyond the Rabbit Hole
There was once this girl whose tale was untold. Though she was clever, bright, and utterly bold, one
day Fear had captured her and took her to a land of the unknown.
This way, that way, the signs read. She walked on alone.
She went straight on, til her feet stumbled upon a strange rabbit hole anonymous to dawn. And
down, down, down she went until she arrived at a mysterious place with doors sprawling the ceilings and
walls.
She peered into a door, and before her stood a young unpretentious girl with a heart so genuine and
good. Her smile was full of care, her presence sweet and debonair. With a bright and energetic aura,
moments were never so dull. Her laughter and jokes will put one out of a lull. Intelligent and striking with
her wit, she illuminates with optimism and affection. Surrounded by friends and family, she was always
helpful yet down-to-earth.

This is all so familiar... She moved on to the next door.

Inside the next room she was to meet an eccentric girl eagerly waiting to greet. She was full of life
that translated her free and creative mind, and she never failed to contribute great ideas. To the norm she
would never ever conform. For every presentation, jingle making was her motive. She had a knack for
creating catchy songs which were equally fun and innovative.
This next door led her to a dark and dreary room with a woman shedding light through her
unwavering perseverance, hard work, and commitment. Despite sleepless nights and restless days, this

dedicated and selfless leader strived to make her batch mates happy. Her humble light did conquer and
shine, for in the end, in there was the dream.
At the end of the hallway was a faint light. She walked closer and closer towards it, unsure and
uncertain of what awaits.

As she opened the door, to her surprise, she saw herself through her own two eyes. It was a world
of whimsy and wonder, a world of excitement and dreams yonder. The girl was immersed in the realm of
fashion, for truly this was her blazing passion.
Looking back at the doors that have past, she gathered Courage and Strength, and abandoned Fear.
Those were the things that have been said and done.
These are the things I will soon become.
