Through its officers and management team, Basile Construction, Inc., collectively brings over 100 years of
knowledge and experience to the construction industry, in
addition to having a history that spans nearly a century.
Great Grandfather Peter Basile, an Italian immigrant,
started Basile Construction in Detroit, Michigan in 1914.
Through hard work and perseverance, the company flourished with a succession of sons taking over for their fathers.
In 1987, Allen Basile decided to relocate to Southern
California and open his own construction business. In
November of that year, Basile Construction opened its
doors in San Diego, as a General Engineering Contractor.
In 1989, after two successful years in business, Allen Incorporated and continued to build a multi-million dollar
company.

During the past twenty plus years, Basile Construction, Inc. has steadily grown and completed individual projects exceeding $6 Million. Its proven track record and versatility is a result of an experienced,
knowledgeable staff and skilled field personnel. Adding to this equation, a complete fleet of trucks and
heavy equipment owned and maintained by the company, gives Basile the capability of easily handling
multiple project of various sizes.

rated Insurance Carrier with a $15
Million per Project bonding capacity
and a proficient administrative staff
that handles California OSHA Requirements, Safety Programs and all
compliance forms for Federal, State
and Local government Projects.
Basile field personnel are kept up to
date with CPR, First Aid and Competent Person Training, as well as any
specialty training that is applicable.

ALLEN BASILEPresident/CEO
Allen proudly carries on the distinction of a successful contractor in a fourth generation construction company. Allens
experience in construction began in his early teens with hands-on experience in his Fatherss company, which included
onsite training with the operation of heavy equipment. His management training began at the inception of Basile Construction, Inc. In the early days Allen supervised field operations as well as handled the management of the company.
One of Allens attributes has been the ability to recognize and hire skilled, talented individuals for key positions within
his company. Allens focus for his company has been to provide quality service and workmanship. Allens work ethic
has helped build Basile Construction, Inc., into a multi-million dollar company.

DAVID PALMERChief Estimator

David has over thirty years of comprehensive experience in the construction industry and civil engineering industries. He
attended the University of South Florida, majoring in civil engineering, after which gaining employment as an engineering technician and designer for two of the largest engineering firms in Florida. Davids experience in San Diego includes
over twenty five years as chief estimator for several of the largest local general engineering/pipeline contractors. He has
attained a vast background in bidding, coordinating and managing of both private and public works contracts for underground utility and pipeline construction. He has managed multiple projects on a daily basis of up to $15MM. Davids
long standing relationships with many of the local developers and general contractors have carried over to bring in many
new clients, substantially increasing our companys work base.

JEFF REESEGeneral Superintendent

Jeff has over twenty years experience in the general engineering/pipeline industry with over sixteen of those years
here at Basile Construction, Inc. Jeff was exposed to the industry at an early age working with his family in the heavy
equipment and earth moving industry. Jeff started out as a leadman/pipelayer with Basile and with his whatever it
takes approach quickly worked his way into management. Throughout his career with Basile Jeff has consistently
utilized his ability to proficiently communicate with clients and employees to establish a streamlined system for continued quality and service. Jeff manages daily operations on both public and private projects in excess of $15MM on a
annual basis.

JOLINDA GREYHead of Contract Administration

Jolinda has twenty seven years of Construction Management with combined experience in tract residential, commercial and public works in both Ceramic Tile and Underground Wet Utility Companies. She brings fifteen years of
experience in all facets of construction as a previous San Diego Company Owner and twelve years of Underground
Project Management experience with Basile Construction, Inc. Jolinda has a Degree in Business with a minor in
Spanish.

LISA HITT, CCIFP, CRIS- Chief Financial Officer

Lisa began her career in the early 80s working in her familys federal general contracting firm. After obtaining her B.A.
in Accounting her career led her to work for General Contractors and Subcontractors as Controller and CFO. She founded
her own company providing part-time Controller and CFO services to contractors in the early 90s and then acquired a
National Construction Job Cost Accounting and Project Management software company in 1997 where she was President
and CEO until the company was sold in early 2008. In addition, she was a contributing author for CTS Software Review, a
national construction software review guide. Lisa has lectured for CFMAs National Conference on Time Management
and Alternative methods of Depreciation and Internal Utilization for Heavy Equipment in down markets. She has taught
Construction Accounting through AGCs extended studies program at San Diego State University and more recently
Earned Value Management & Budget Control at AGCs Training Center. Lisa has earned both her CRIS and CCIFP
designations, holds a Level I Surety certificate and her Property & Casualty License for the State of California. Lisa has
served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Chapter of CFMA.
