Responsibilities
HR Policy Framework

Coordinate and restructure several policies including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Disciplinary
Action, Separation, Code of Conduct, Satisfaction survey as per requirement of best practice in the industry as
well as aligned with the legal framework.
Make presentation of Policy Framework in front of Management and other departmental process owner to make
approval with proper justifications
Prepare SOP and process flow with timeline according to policy framework
Update time to time about the status of the progress.

Compensation and Benefits

Reconstruct policy aligned with the legal framework and best practices of the industry.
Design, deployment and management of reward frameworks, including base salary structures, grades, Tax
