Subject:- Regarding hosting of KNOWLEDGE PORTAL at DTL ERP Portal

Honble Managing Director, while taking the review meeting of O&M Deptt on 09.01.2015
in the Conference Room at Shakti Sadan has instructed me to be the Nodal Officer for
collecting the technical knowhow/ expertise in any area of expertise in the form of documents
from all concerned individuals in DTL e.g. Transformer, Circuit Breakers, GIS,
Underground Cables, Overhauling of any electrical equipments, Testing of electrical
equipments, Commissioning, Protection, Troubleshooting of fault, batteries, battery
chargers, design of substations, design of cables, design of CIVIL structures and all
other areas of technical field.
The documents thus collected shall be hosted on DTL ERP Portal for viewing/ downloading
those documents by all concerned, when in need. This shall help DTL in disseminating the
technical knowhow/ expertise of any individual by using the same by all other concerned.
As such, all concerned, irrespective of post held in DTL, are humbly requested to send your
valuable documents to undersigned through SAP so as those documents be published/ hosted
at ERP Portal.
