Manager/Asst. Manager( Company Secretariat/Share Division)

Education qualification:
Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with certification of Chartered Secretary (CS)/CA/CMA will be preferred.
Experience and other requirement:
Must have 2-3 years practical experiences in similar position in a National/ Multination Company
Good communication skill in English and Bengali both oral & written.
Should have sound computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point etc.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have knowledge about Joint Stock, Share trading and Public Limited Company matters.
Prepare reports and returns of SEC, DSE, CSE for company matters.
Issue Share/ Share Transfer/Change of Name etc.
Maintain and co-ordinate payment of dividends to Share holders.
Effective co- ordination capabilities with the shareholders of Public Limited Company.
Age : Should not exceed 35 years
Salary : Negotiable
