The Ohio preamble states, We, the people of the State of Ohio, grateful to Almighty God
for our freedom, to secure its blessings and promote our common welfare, do establish
this Constitution.
The U.S. Constitution states, We the people of the United States, in order to form a more
perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common
defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves
and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of
America.
Both bill of rights cover the same stuff but the ohio constitution has more.
The ohio bill of rights covers things like bail, right to alter, reform, or abolish
government and repeal special privileges.
For example, the ohio bill of rights state that you can not be imprisoned for
debt and damages for wrongful death.
Westerville Government
The city council sets policy, establishes goals,
approval and oversees the citys annual
budget.
The city manager, manages the operations of
the city and reports it to the city council.
Communications Dispatchers
The Communications division is in charge of
emergency, police, fire, and medical
emergency. They have a mutual aid agreement
to respond to emergencies in neighborhood
jurisdictions upon request
