have to be a network of networks
Internet is global
Intranet is within an organization it has restricted access.
Internet is public
Intranet is private
Intranets are usually managed
Data on Internet may not be reliable because everyone has access
Data on Intranet is reliable
Internet has more information than an Intranet

Large amounts of data with almost global access,.
Give 3 disadvantages of using the Internet.
Data on Internet may not be reliable because Its global and open
for anyone
Misinformation there are fake sites.
Give 3 advantages of using an Intranet.
Reliable
Its managed
Its more secure because its private to an organization.

A LAN is a local area network it covers a small geographic space and

use cables.
