Opening (2 min)

Greet the class and let them know that they will be
building out their own Google Site.

Google Sites Task (55 min)


o Introduce students to Google Sites
(https://sites.google.com). Have teams explore a few
example sites, then direct them to instructions for building
their own websites here:

o Review directions and the Google Sites Blog Rubric,
then instruct students to begin building their individual
websites. Explain that this site will be used to publish their
work, and should therefore look professional.

word clouds on their sites

Review the lesson and remind learners of their
homework assignment.
