Introduction
What is Prezi? Prezi is presentation software founded in 2009. It is available online at
www.prezi.com. Also, it has a desktop software that allows users to create and save their
presentations on their own computer.
This guide has been created to provide instructions and introduce simple steps to create
a presentation on Prezi.

Log in / Create
This section will explain how to log on or sign up into Prezi, as well as how to create a new Prezi
presentation.

Tools dock
This is the tools dock which you can use to modify your presentation. Next we will look at these
four features.
1. Insert button
a) You can insert pictures, videos, shapes and files from the internet or upload them from your
device by clicking on the icons as shown above.
b) Insert text
If you want to insert some text, just click on the area that you want the text to be written on,
then you will be able to modify the text as you need.

2. Frame button
There are some frames can be used by clicking on Frame icon. Then you can choose the frame
style.
3. Path button
This tool allows you to arrange the presentation, which part should be the first on and which
one should be following it.
