In the 1960s the Neo-Eclectic style was mostly used, it was created by a
pick and choose packages that could be easily modified to meet public
needs

Typically 2-3 stories

Its made with brick, stone, vinyl and composite materials are combined

Its Earthly colors, high roof with multiple gables or hips, and 2 garage bays
make it more identifiable

Mostly found in less populated towns

Historic styles are imitated in modern

Its mostly found in setback from the street


Mostly warm colors are used when this house is being built,
cool colors are rarely used
Its also more of an horizontal line type since they are built
with wider rooms and have lesser stories
Depending on how the buyer wants it, the style can be made
symmetrical
This style is also called Neo-French
