I debate it on my own terms!!!!!!
This is an interesting, challenging fun filled EVENT with three stages to test your love for
debating .It captures your thoughts, ability to negotiate, assertiveness and expression of
views. The high energy and competitive rounds keep u on your toes to become the biggest
IDIOT....!!!

FORMAT
The team size for each round is 2.

ROUND 1: TURNCOAT
It is an extempore round, wherein a team of two will be given a single topic and one of the
members of the team will come forward and will be given 90 seconds to speak.
The highlight of the event will be the point wherein the judge will ask the same participant to
switch his side on the same topic.

ROUND 2 : COUNTER ME!!

This is an event wherein the participants are given a general word (such as corruption) and
they have to frame a situation for the opponent team related to anything of corruption which
can be debated upon.
The opponent team has a choice of taking either sides, for or against and the opponent team
has to speak for 5 minutes. Participation of both the members is must and will carry extra
marks.
After this first set, the other team will frame a situation for the team which earlier had framed
the situation.

ROUND 3: THE COMPETITIVE DUO

In this round, a case study would be given to the teams. One person from each team would
come in for Group Discussion to discuss on the solution to the problem that will be given in
the case study
After the Group Discussion, the other person from each team (who did not participate in
Group Discussion) would come forward and will have to conclude on the case study by
giving his/her views on the problem and the proposed solutions
