Petition to Stop Dumping Frack Waste in Fayette County

I am a voting-age resident of Fayette County, WV, and I sign

this petition to urge my County Commissioners to pass an ordinance that
will effectively halt the dumping of all waste in Fayette County produced by
the industrial practice of hydraulic fracturing because of the unacceptable
health hazards that dumping it poses to me and my community.
