I am directly responsible for leading the ESTA WFM (Aspect Workforce Management System) and CAD (Call
Aided Dispatch) solution design and architecture sitting across business and technology streams. I am looking
to deliver a highly resilient and redundant (Business Continuity and DR) technology solution that not just covers
technology but meets business needs and interfaces into varied ESTA Systems and technologies.
July 2014 October 2014: Master Programme Planner- QPlus Revenue Management Project- Qantas
Delivery overview: Development and operational management of a multi-stream (PROS, 1A, IT, Business,
Operational Research, BPE/Organisational Change) integrated schedule with managed dependencies and
interdependencies, of over 4000 lines for the QPlus revenue management program.
Delivery Overview:

The integrated schedule was developed to ensure that all streams covered the core deliverables for the
daily management and planning delivery of the QPlus Program including; people, training, technology,
efficiency and revenue deliverables.

The schedule was developed to be baselined within 6 weeks of my commencement meeting the primary
steering committee directive to have a Baseline by end of October.

I developed a number of key reports (both manual and MS Project extracts) for the Program, Change
Communications, High Level Steering Committee reports, detailed plan on a page deliverable maps,
resourcing extracts and resource bandwidth planning and justification reports

Delivery Overview: I was responsible for the delivery of business analysis and planning, scheduling and
technology change process design, including TOGAF methodology and architecture standards to the utilities

Delivery Overview: For 10 years I established and managed a highly innovative offshore business SAP
Architecture project delivery solutions, focused on TOGAF best practice for Satyam for the delivery of global
projects and IT systems Security Solutions for global banking, finance and insurance (NAB, ANZ, Bank of India,
Bank of Singapore, Suncorp, AMP, AXA), Utilities and Heavy Industry clients.
I prototyped the standardised Security Solution Architecture best practice services model in onshore/offshore
EA Services, project support, training and outsourcing model; conducted research; chaired steering
committees, re-framed business cases, developed competitive offer, established business infrastructure
artefacts, created EA support Centre of Excellence; negotiated alliances, meeting 100% of objectives,
exceeding revenue and profit forecasts.

Delivery Overview: for almost 8 years I was solely responsible for delivery of Business Analysis services for SAP
Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Material Maintenance (MM) and SAP human capital (HR) business change
projects. I was responsible for requirements gathering, business needs analysis, business process mapping,
resource forecasting, skills mapping and design, BA service delivery and scheduling services to key IPEX mining
clients (BHP, Newcrest and Oxiana - now OZ Minerals) Delivered a number SAP MM integration, readiness and
support analysis documents to Oxiana Group, covering business operations across the state with plant
maintenance, scheduling, establishment of standardised business processes, SAP Maintenance product
training across the organisation, implementation definition and understanding the end to end delivery of
minerals from mine to shipping port by rail and road. Through my extensive analysis work I delivered a 23%
production efficiency and 46% increase in outsource maintenance quality and stability over a 5 year period to
Oxiana Group
