Afterclickingthedrawpotbuttonontheinitialentrypage,aboxwillappearliketheoneabove.Inthemiddleofthepagenearthetop,selectthebyentrybutton,
thentheCalculatebuttontotherighthandsideofthepage,scrolldowntomakesureallentryslotsarefilled,andthenclicktheAcceptbuttoninthelowerleft.
Afterthisstep,theprogramwillmakeanautomaticbackupoftheclassbeforedrawcontestantswereteamedtogether.Itsagoodideatozerooutthefeesonthe
setupscreenforthebackuporeachcontestantwillbechargetwicefortheclass.Thebackupisautomaticallymadeifanyproblemscomeupaftercompleted.For
example,ifapersonhasbeenleftoutofthedraw.Atthattime,theusercangotothebackup,addthatpersontothedraw,andcompletethestepsonceagain.
Iusuallydeletethebackupcopyafterthatclassisthroughthefirstround.
