HB Southern Builders LLC proposes to do all necessary work to repair fire damage at laundry building 38.

Scope of Work:

Replace fire damaged 2x4 studs. EA 3

Install new insulation SF 160
R&R 5/8 sheetrock on ceiling and walls.(Hang, Tape, Bed & Texture) SF 160
Clean Suit from Walls and Ceilings. EA 1
Replace paneling damaged by fire. SF 224
Apply one coat of Kiltz sealer all walls and ceilings SF 350
Paint entire ceiling and walls. SF 350
Repair entry doorjamb. EA 1
Complete cleanup of all debris. EA 1

Exclusions: Permit Fees, Lead Paint or Asbestos Abatement, Night or Weekend Work.

in a professional and timely matter with all work meeting or exceeding city and state building codes for:
