womans choice so they make safety plans support system from within the shelter
itself -- they do not provide marital counseling because thats not an eec8ve
interven8on
- if woman does go back and children may be abused or neglected, they will call CPS
- also they give the women the opportunity to call CPS
- they see woman leaving the situa8on as a posi8ve paren8ng choice
by CPS

Use of drugs or breaking property rules they will be asked to leave from shelter
