Introduction
I have compiled into a brief summary everything that one should need for the
application toward the Hiring Manger Assistant position at Hemsworth Inc.
Job Requirements
In order to maintain the duties of the job, an effective assistant would follow these guidelines:

Decision-Making Skills: Assistant mangers need to know how to make prompt and
responsible decisions
Communication Skills: An assistant manager must have excellent communication skills
to effectively perform his job
Leadership Skills: Assistant managers must have leadership skills to effectively manage
hourly employees and shift managers
College Degrees: Associate's or bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, management
or a related field
Manager Experience: I would prefer to hire assistant managers that already have a year
or two of management experience, but there can be some exceptions.

Job Description
With these helpful tip, you can be a successful assistant:

Hiring managers assistant must have a thorough understanding of their company's


policies and mission
Many are expected to write, edit and distribute employee handbooks
They must explain company health and retirement plans to prospective workers, and
perhaps train those workers once they are offered a job
They are also often responsible for helping employees work as a team and keeping
morale high, occasionally using bonuses as incentive.

Application Procedures:
Things that need to be submitted prior to the interview

Submit a complete resume with an attached to photograph to the front desk of my

Also submit proof of Social Security to my front desk of my office and say it is fir Miss a

Also fill out the background information sheet (found on our companys web page) and
submit it to my front desk and say it is for Miss Bamgbose.
