I have known her since 2006 when I ired her for clerical work at my oifice. At that time, she was a senior at McKinley High School. I have watched her grow up and mature into an intelligent & confident young lady, In the past 8 years, Lisa has worked her way up the ladder at my office. She started out filing charts and is now an excellent medical assistant who can handle both front and back office duties efficiently. She is bright and can quickly learn and finish tasks. For example, in 2011, I had taken over a medical practice with paper file charts. Lisa and another employee were assigned to scan all the charts into my clinic database. I had expected the project to take about 5 months. The entire project was completed in 3 months! Perhaps Lisa's most important attribute is her vivacious personality. Extroverted by nature, she can make a conversation with anyone and put them at ease. She is not afraid to speak her mind and ask questions. Even as a teenager, she was never shy and would never be afraid to bring up concerns. Lisa is also fluent in Cantonese. These strong interpersonal skills will be valuable for her career. Lisa will be a wonderful addition to her future employer. Iam so proud of Lisa's accomplishments so far and I am confident that she will one day able to attain her goal of becoming a nurse practitioner.
