Statement of the problem

Based on the research found on the franchising website, starting any business is a
major challenge. Most owner/operators enter the system by purchasing an existing
restaurant, either from Mac Donald or any other fast food restaurant. Whether Mr.
Peterson choose to go with a franchise or a traditional fast food, both option is very
sophisticated. Assessing the cost of a franchise against traditional business
opportunity takes research and self- valuation. Lehigh Acres, Florida is one of the
fastest growing city in Lee County. As of August 2014, Lehighs population is
95,767 people. There are only four fast food restaurants. Mr. Peterson realized that
this is a very decent opportunity and he has requested Rc real estates team to help
him make the right decision by researching the different franchise available for
steak and burger. The team will outline the advantages and the disadvantages of
the franchise over a traditional business model.
