Goal #1 I will demonstrate proficiency in lesson planning, specifically in creating measurable
objectives and developing activity alignment with learning outcomes.

Reflections
I feel like I have met this goal over the course of PSI, I was able to complete all of my practice
examples prior to practicum and I feel like it really helped to set me up for success. During
practicum I was able to teach Math, Social, ELA, Computers, Art and Science. I was able to
create outcomes into objectives and connect objectives to beneficial learning activities for my
students. I believe my lesson planning has come a long way, however I would like this goal to be
ongoing for PSII so that I can continue to focus on measureable learning objectives and
activities and become even better.

Reflections
I am truly amazed at the achievements I have made in this area. At the beginning of practicum I
was still a little bit flustered when asked to speak in public or in front of a class. I no longer feel
any anxiety, I feel that my voice is clear, confident and a I speak at a rate that is appropriate for
my audience. I believe that my ability to improve my public speaking skills served me well in
practicum, as I was able to engage my students and have them be confident in my ability to
teach them. This goal is achieved and I will have new goals to replace it in PSII.
