Project Manager and three translators, who will also be performing editing and
proof reading tasks.

Known risks and how they will be mitigated
There is a possibility of finding terms that are difficult to translate into our
assigned languages. To solve this potential risk, extensive research will need to
be conducted to have the most updated information about the topic. There is a
risk an important member of the team might fall ill, so every detail of the project
must be given to everyone. In the event one falls ill the rest of the team can step
in and be able to finish the project.

translation to begin
1. Assign translation project to translator to translate
2. Obtain source files
3. Obtain word count
4. Obtain translation memory
5. Define the target audience
6. Define the purpose of the text

1. Terminology management is put into place. Consistent use of terminology
throughout project. Create glossary.
2. Create first draft
3. Use translation memory for draft
4. Update translation memory
5. Send first draft for editing

desired
1. First draft for each text edited
2. First draft for each text returned to translator for error correction
3. Error-corrected text proofed.
4. Proofed text returned to original translator for correction
5. Final draft delivered to client
