1) Susanne Posel was deeply embedded for almost one year with The Pete Santilli

Show in 2012. Almost every single major article she published we helped research,
develop and then promote on our show.
2) Around November 2012, she asked Pete Santilli NOT to cover Dr. Judy Wood's
forensic investigation so much. That it was driving people away. Pete told her flat out
never to tell him what, or what not to cover. Approximately 1-2 weeks later she abruptly
departed The Pete Santilli Show
3) Posel, James Fetzer, Gordon Duff and Danny Romero worked to get Pete's show
removed from AFR. Pete was already making plans to launch Guerilla Media Network,
and he left AFR despite being forced out by Duff & Co. (this is documented via email)
4) Before the AFR fallout, Vinny Eastwood agreed to help develop the Guerilla Media
Network, and it was a co-op right in the beginning. Audio recordings verify every fact
that Vinny Eastwood was collaborating with Pete Santilli to develop the idea. Out of
nowhere, Susanne Posel began accusing Pete Santilli of "stealing" the idea. Pete
Santilli has always owned the Guerilla Media Network website, and has always
maintained control of the business development. Vinny Eastwood could not even afford
to put food on his table --- Santilli funded the entire project. Vinny had ZERO invested,
except a few babbling conference calls whereby he exhibited he did not have the mental
capacity or experience to run a business.

After going through available information and following the time line it becomes clear
that Vinny Eastwood and Susanne Posel purposefully created a scenario using false
and misleading information that would eventually divide the trucker movement and send
a message to Pete Santilli that they were willing to stop at nothing to bring him down
even if it meant jeopardizing their reputation in alternative media to do so.
Susanne Posel and Vinny Eastwood seem to have teamed up with the dark side on this
one. The following is a time-line of events surrounding the controversy created by Vinny

little disgusted after listening to this envious attempt to belittle the protest and

Pete Santilli shuts down donations for the Truckers Ride, grifts donation
money
In a ~completely-shocking~ turn of events, Peter Santilli shut down the donation page
Saturday night for his website ridefortheconstitution.org.
As he broadcast live throughout the weekend, many callers and users of his live chat
asked where the help was being provided. Gilberton, PA was the location where former
police chief Mark Kessler would be assisting drivers by providing fuel for the truckers.
Suspect, supporters of Santilli began to question where the money they had been
donating all week was going. Although Santilli affirmed his audience that Zeeda and
Hesher (two assistant radio jockeys) were on top of things, no proof has been proffered
by either Santilli or anyone he has claimed to help.
Within ten minutes of banning users on the chat who called Santilli a scam artist, the

donation page was shut down. Estimates throughout the week ascertained from
comments made live and online by Santilli (and others) put the sum of funds near
$500,000 and, with no one to account for its whereabouts, it is unknown just how much money
is actually located where. Funds have been transferred via PayPal and even bitcoin.
[edit @11:21pm EST] Before taking a break for the evening on his radio show, Santilli told Zeeda to go
out and spend some money. After claiming all evening that he didnt have access to the funds, he is now
encouraging Zeeda to make expenditures on behalf of RFTC.

Santilli tells his audience that he is an upstanding citizen who has never been arrested
or sued in a court of law. As we have seen, Santilli lies, cheats and scams the general
public. And true to form, this claim is not based in reality. This isnt the first time Santilli
has scammed his audience.
Santilli was sued by D&D Home Developers in 1997 in a civil case as owing the
company thousands of dollars on a fix-and-flip deal gone bad. This scheme was
enacted in Maretta, Georgia.
Santilli lost the civil suit and was ordered to pay thousands of dollars in restitution to D&D;
however Santilli skipped town. Currently, according to public records, Santilli is wanted

by

the Cobb County State Court with an outstanding arrest warrant still in effect.
In 2001, Santilli (and others) were arrested for Breaking and Entering in San Bernardino,
California.Santilli tried in Barstow Municipal Court and was jailed for 19 days before

bail
was posted for his release by a relative.Santilli was officially charged with forcible
entry onto a property he did not own.
In 2008, Santilli was sued by World Trust Mortgage, Inc. Santilli tried in Barstow

Dena Fleming from Ft. Worth Texas age 40 is the woman Vinny Eastwood brought to
his show to level the accusation that Pete Santilli had stolen $500,000.00 of donations
meant to fuel trucks for the protest. But even though Vinny used that to headline his
video is that really what Dena Fleming said? No it is not.
Right from the beginning Ms Fleming says she is just asking IF money was stolen. She
back peddles on the number and Vinny instead of questioning her about her motives
immediately goes into his usual diatribe about Pete Santilli being a Psychopath and Ms
Fleming never has to explain where she came up with that dollar amount and why she
leveled the accusation in the first place.

In that interview Dena Fleming says over and over "I don't know about the money" and
"thats what I'd like to know, I'm just asking, where the money went." Never at any point
did she give any proof about what she was saying nor did any organizer accuse Pete
Santilli of stealing any donations and still haven't to this day.
Pete Santilli was not the only person Dena Fleming was accusing in that interview she
also accused Zeeda Andrews one of the original organizers of also stealing money a
fact Vinny Eastwood now easily glosses over in his recent interview with Zeeda once
again using his bias against Pete Santilli as a platform for his ongoing defamation. For
Vinny Eastwood and Susanne Posel it either didn't matter that this woman had no proof
of what she was saying or they were clearly setting the groundwork of a future media
campaign that they hoped would end the career of Pete Santilli.

During the coverage of the protest "servers" housing the webpage

ridefortheconstitution.org were being hit with massive ddos attacks and word was
circulating the website had been hacked along with the donation buttons. Security
measures dictated that all passwords be changed and the site locked down until admins
could figure out what was going on. Given the fact that multiple people had entered the
chatroom including Dena Fleming stating money had been stolen the webmaster
immediately shut it down deactivated the donation button and Pete Santilli ask that
people wanting to help to go directly to the truckstop and fill a truckers tank and buy
them a meal. That web-site had to be shutdown!! We had no other choice. The
webmaster made the call and not even Pete Santilli had the password to it. Zeeda kept
telling us she wouldn't be able to look at anything until she got home yet she was saying
she couldn't get into the web-site. It made no sense. At that point we weren't sure if the
accusations about her were true. We tried very hard to get an answer from the woman
about the money and she just became defensive and agitated. It was very confusing
and we did what we thought was best and yes at the time we felt that it was possible the
page had been compromised so yes we shut it down . we had no other choice.
Multiple attempts were then made to contact Zeeda Andrews. Hours after the original
accusations Zeeda Andrews was finally reached and admitted she had no idea who
Dena Fleming was. That it was someone who she met on Facebook and just handed
the account over to. People helping to organize the event were shocked. Zeeda told
everyone that Dena Fleming was unknown to her personally and that she had given her
full control over the twitter account without any supervision because Dena volunteered
and seemed okay online.

Eastwood Interview with Fleming:

Eastwood: There was $500,000.00 in the account and it is all gone and it appears that
Pete Santilli might have been the one to steal it?

Fleming: Yes Sir, Well . thats what I'm asking here ... where the money is.
Fleming does not accuse Santilli of stealing anything she asked where is the
money? She gives no explanation as to why she is asking or where she even got
the $ amount She simply continues on that she is suspicious of everyone
especially Pete Santilli because she doesn't like him. Fleming a volunteer who
connected with Zeeda Andrews on face book, was left in charge of the Trucker
twitter account. Zeeda herself said she had no idea who Dena Fleming was
she was someone who volunteered and seemed okay online.
Fleming talks about tweeting the info:
I got on there and started tweeting away: Pete Santilli Where's the money? And they
started calling me a troll a hacker and everything else.
Eastwood: He just instantly starts accusing everybody of the things that he is.
Fleming: Exactly and everybody knows that when you start pointing the finger at
everybody else you've got three pointing back at you. So boom there ya go.
Eastwood: I hope there are now currently 300 million American fingers pointing at Mr.
Pete Santilli. And lets hope it's the middle finger.
Fleming: Yeah I hope so (nervous laugh)
Eastwood: How many truckers got betrayed here
Fleming: There's no way of knowing unless you're in DC right now
Eastwood: Because we've heard reports that there was only about 65 trucks that turned
up . This could be because of the fact that all of the money got stolen.
Fleming: There's something shady going on I'm not 100 percent sure I'm just
asking questions:
Eastwood: And the fact that those questions aren't being answered is deeply
concerning
Fleming: Exactly Sir (nervous laugh) Whatever they're obviously somethings
going on that they're trying to cover up . a lot of people have been deceived including
myself and I feel horrible for my role in that maybe I should start listening more to
know what I know is right and wrong.
Eastwood: Well this actually makes me feel really bad because I've had a personal
history with Santilli Susanne Posel included We really wanted to see him
stumble so massively that he would fall forever And now we potentially have
that opportunity to see this person who has done us wrong and so many other

people wrong actually go down and be black listed forever . and we've been
kinda celebrating and I kinda forgot for a moment that he really hurt a lot of
people here
This interview turns into nothing more than a long diatribe of Eastwood and Posel
bashing Santilli. Fleming never gives any proof that he had stolen anything or that
anyone had ever accused him of doing so other than her . She never says where she
got the idea or why she would even say such a thing. Eastwood and Posel continue to
lament their personal opinion and the slander of Pete Santilli.
Since this recording it has been proven over and over again there was never
$500,000.00 and that Pete Santilli never had access to any money. Yet Vinny Eastwood
and Susanne Posel push ahead with the lies and misinformation not by Dena Fleming
who clearly answers the question with "I DON'T KNOW", but by Vinny Eastwood and
Susanne Posel themselves. Dena Fleming clearly says in this interview right from the
beginning I DON"T KNOW . I'M JUST ASKING QUESTIONS HERE

Dena admits she and Zeeda had had words over trucker complaints and
someone not getting what she had promised them. We were getting the same
complaints. Zeeda didn't do alot of things she said she would. She says in this
interview Zeeda had called her evil and that's why she came to the chat room
and asked Where's the money Pete. She came there mad as a hornet and
nobody knew who the hell she was or what the hell she was talking about. Over
800 people were in that chartroom chatting The messages were scrolling fast
Then Evan Koser started spamming and it was incredibly confusing and done
by design Pete was notified by the moderators in chat Zeeda's twitter account
seemed to have been compromised and they were saying Zeeda had stolen
money The website had already been ddos dozens of times and taken down
we were having a hard time staying on air We all thought it was possible
the sites had been compromised thats when the webmaster disconnected the
donation button and shutdown access to the site. It was done to protect Zeeda
not to hurt her We had no idea what was happening and Zeeda could not be
reached Later she told us so many different stories we could not trust that
what was being said was true . we still don't . Pete Santilli was never
involved with money and he nor his staff had had any access to funds.

Who is Evan Koser --- the guy that invited

Vinny Eastwood to the "4chan" hacker room

Evan Koser: 24 years old from Sharpsburg Pennsylvania USA. Works at a Walmart and
claims to be a law student at Duquesne University.
Frequents a notourios hacker forum where he started the attack on Pete Santilli. Printed
false information and solicited the help of Vinny Eastwood and Susanne Posel. Mr.
Koser along with help from Posel and Eastwood would lead to the illegal hacking of
Pete Santilli's servers and the photoshopping of a falsified fax so Posel and Eastwood
could claim Santilli was an FBI informant.
Koser first contacted Eastwood via twitter: This was on Saturday during the trucker
protest.

The next person Vinny brings on to justify his headline and sensational claim is Evan
Koser. Evan Koser is a 24 year old man living in Pittsburg as a student and is originally
from Sharpsburg Pennsylvania. Evan works at a Walmart. Evan was the first to write an
article using the Headline Pete Santilli Steals 500,000 from truckers but later goes back
to change the title.

Evan goes on to claim he was in the chat room during the coverage of The protest when
Dena Fleming among others came in and started asking where's the $500,000.00? He
then says he immediately started searches on Pete Santilli and summarized from a
video Vinny had out about Santilli that he must be a bad guy. He says during the
interview with Eastwood "I started looking into this Santilli guy and that's how I found
you and listened to it and was like woahhhhh"
So Mr. Koser is telling us that based on what Vinny Eastwood and Susanne Posel said
in a youtube video back in March of this year he wrote an article accusing Pete Santilli
of stealing donations without any further research? While this kid may be naive
Eastwood surely is not and there is further evidence that connects Eastwood and Posel
to Evan Koser and may indicate the article written by Evan Koser was pre-planned for
release before his interview with Eastwood.
In the second half of the article Koser wrote about Pete Santilli, just hours after the
trucker coverage was over, Koser uses information from an article written by Susanne
Posel who falsely used the name of Susannah Cole as the writer. Susannah Cole is the
co/host on The Pete Santilli Show and says she had nothing to do with that article and
Posel used her name to get optimal search results when someone googled Pete Santilli.
If thats not dirty enough, in recent days Posel has gone back into that article and added
more content updating it to match her recent attack on Pete Santilli on her website.
Clearly Evan Koser was being guided to evidence Posel herself had falsely planted on
the web.

Was Mr. Koser duped by Posel and Eastwood? Not a chance because evidence shows
Mr. Koser already had an online presence and was about to show Mr. Eastwood
Susanne Posel how to bring down a talk-show host he didn't like. In the days following
the release of his Article and Interview with Eastwood and Posel Mr. Koser can be seen
in online chat-rooms frequented by hackers dropping links to his article and the
interview he did with Eastwood in an attempt to peak the interest of the online gang in
hopes they would go after Pete Santilli. And they did.
Since the release of his article and interview with Eastwood and Posel Evan Koser has
become somewhat of an inigma and as many in Independent media predicted the focus
would turn away from the trucker movement and the spotlight would be turned on Vinny
and Susanne and their mission to rid alternative media of their arch nemisis Pete
santilli.
In their insane march forward to convict Pete Santilli at all cost Susanne Posel and
Vinny Eastwood turned to the dark side of the internet to assist them in collecting the
bogus information needed to start a fire they had hoped would once and for all get rid of
Pete Santilli. Posel and Eastwood were willing to become criminals to make it appear
that Pete Santilli was a criminal . Now isn't that ironic.

In an overly dramatic presentation Liberty and Thomas hit the airwaves in a two hour
presentation about why they hate Pete Santilli. They are joined by Susanne Posel,
Vinny Eastwood, Shelia Lazinski and lost in the background somewhere Earl Conlon.
The radio show turns into an almost orgasmic drug fueled rave as they all take turns
telling their story about what Pete Santilli did to them.
Austin Thomas takes offense to Santilli using the name Guerilla Media and a song he
claims he used first as is opener.
Lisa Liberty takes offense to Pete Santilli because he said he would help her with the
foreclosure on her home and then told her she would have to seek the advise of an
attorney because she waited too long to get paperwork back to him. What liberty fails to
tell the audience is she lost her home because she failed to pay her mortgage. Maybe
she would be better served if she got off the internet and actually worked to pay her
bills.
Susanne Posel laments that she takes offense to Pete Santilli because she couldn't get
behind someone stealing Vinny Eastwood's idea of a guerilla media network when she
herself knows that is far from the truth. Susanne Posel left Guerilla Media Network
because Pete Santilli asked her to show a little loyalty and move away from American
Freedom Radio to do her show exclusively on Guerilla Media Network. He questioned
her loyalty and with good reason. Susanne Posel had been behind the scenes in Vinny
Eastwood's ear igniting the spark that would turn Vinny and Pete into enemies.
Eastwood walked away from the Guerilla Media Network after Pete was released from
AFR and Pete did not hear from Eastwood until long after Posel left GMN. Only once
did Vinny pick up the phone to call Santilli and that phone call was promptly followed by
a letter from Rachel Hunter telling Pete Vinny did not have authority to speak with him
about situations concerning Susanne Posel. And that was that. Pete never heard from

Eastwood again and all communications with Vinny Eastwood stopped there.
Now Vinny Eastwood uses his position and fight with Pete Santilli to gain clicks on his
struggling web-site.

AN ADOBE ANALYST's INTERPRETATION:

Pic 1) Shows Compression artifacts around only the text and not the background. This
proves that this 'text layer' was added separately to the background. Unfortunately the

composer of this document doesn't understand that compression artifacts are carried
with separate layers in photoshop and not just the document as a whole.
Pic 2) Shows that although we're lead to believe that the fax had been screwed up then
photocopied/scanned, there is no distortion within the text type font and appears to only
be on the background paper layer. Proving without doubt that the text layer was added
over the top of the paper layer.
Pic 3) Shows an image artifact at the bottom of the document, this is either a crude
attempt to rub out something on the text layer or more likely was something they didn't
cover up when using the 'stamp' tool in photoshop. This tool allows you to take a stamp
of an area and replicate it somewhere else on the same layer. This would be used for
example to extend a brick-wall in an image or could be used effectively to replicate
paper creases ;) Although the compression artifacts around the text would suggest it
came from this layer and needed to be hidden. This is speculation but perhaps the
creator of the original fax then faxed it to the photoshop 'artist' and this area at the
bottom had the time/date on it?
Pic 4) This shows the background creases and what appears to be the 'smudge' tool.
This is used to smudge images and,, again speculation,, used to break the re-occuring
crease pattern applied by the 'stamp tool' on the background layer. The Smudge tool
can always be 'seen' as it always pulls the original color information and creates a linear
color curve to the effected area. This is why it always messes the colors and therefore
creates,,, in this case a 'blue from black' color tint/smudge.
I would say these were the steps to create this Fax;
1) The text was typed by person A and faxed using a traditional fax to person B
2) Person B took the fax and scanned it into photoshop
3) Person B created a seperate background layer using the stamp and smudge tool
4) Person B placed the text layer over the top and perhaps applied a layer blend to try
and merge the two together better
In conclusion, its fake and not a very good fake at that!

Many people both inside the hacker page and out were monitoring the sights threads
and taking screenshots in real time.
The fact that Susanne Posel and Vinny Eastwood were participating in what happened

next should send chills down the spine of Independent Media.

The hacker thread was busy and the minute they hacked Pete Santilli's computer they
announced it with glee. Susanne Posel tweeted out I am so happy today is anyone as
happy as I am?
While Mr. Santilli had been enduring constant ddos attacks and invasions of his chat
rooms and phone systems Susanne Posel was getting ready to drop her major bomb.
She was confident in her boasting about how she and her friends were going to bring
down Pete Santilli. Susanne and Vinny went on a rabid feeding frenzy and kept the bad
video's coming one after the other confident in their evidence his time was coming.
It was apparent Pete Santilli's computer had been hacked when private information
stored in his computer began appearing on the internet.
Not only private group meetings and messages in his phone.com and free conference
pro accounts but photo's and private numbers of his family members. In particular one
of his beautiful daughter that was targeted when Susanne and Vinny's new friends
suggest everyone print off her photo jack-off on it and mail it to Mr. Santilli.
They also encouraged people to call other family members relentlessly after they posted
the private numbers of all of his friends and family including those of people who called
into his show.
Death threats started being issued against himself his family, friends and closest
associates.
Vinny and Susanne amped up the rhetoric and the videos and hate pages kept going up
as they prepared for what they kept saying would be bombshell evidence against Pete
Santilli. How did Posel and Eastwood know something was coming if they did not have
inside information?
They threw up a web-site and started posting Pete's documents: Drivers license Social
security cards of both he and his wife. And out of all of the documents they pulled off
his computer the letters sent from Susanne Posel's attorney took front and center. Isn't
that amazing?
Why would any hacker think that was important enough to put on the front page? I think
the answer is obvious; Susanne Posel and Vinny Eastwood were in on the hacking of
Pete Santilli.
In the thread it was mentioned that someone who used to be close to Pete Santilli
initially fed passwords to key hackers that allowed them to enter Pete Santilli's
computer. David Posel a one time friend and trusted member on the GMN had many of
the passwords needed to gain access. He would have made the process pretty easy
for a hacker.
On one particular page they posted a list of Pete's accounts and on it was the account

name and password to his e-fax. Hours later the threads were buzzing with a copy of a
fax sent from Mr. Santilli's computer. When Mr. Santilli got word that they were saying a
fax had been found Where Pete was begging for help He looked at the document
saw where it came from and checked the account and sure enough a fax had been sent
from that account to the sacramento office of the FBI. A few hours later Susanne Posel
released this article on her web-page and started posting it on social media begging
everyone to make it viral. Posel started tweeting out her article and even sent personal
tweets to GMN members:
Curiously occupy corporatism became active on their twitter account tweeting out
numerous messages to Tom Lacourve a trucker "General lee" says had large amounts
of drugs while riding in his truck .. Price of Liberty AKA Evan Koser pushing out
defensive attacks against Pete Santilli setting the stage for what was coming right
before she dropped her big bombshell. I think the time line of events and evidence
shows The Posels along with Vinny Eastwood David Posel and their new hacker friend
Evan Koser planned the series of events that lead up to the faked document posted in
her article that she placed prominently on her Occupy Corporatism web-site.

The real question you should be asking yourself here is why would Susanne Posel
believes anything by anonymous when she has written multiple articles damning them?.
The following is just one example of her opinion about anonymous.

Referred to as the DNS Amplification, this cyber-attack

that never was focused on the Domain Name System;
this is the phone book of the internet. The damage to
those that Anonymous purport to protect would have
been extensive. And ultimately, this plot, were it

and many gamer sites. The group was infiltrated by the
FBI and began working directly with the federal agency

The FBI is notorious for creating supposed terrorist
groups from scratch and then framing patsies in order
to claim the government is protecting the United States
from terrorists and also breathe life into an otherwise
moribund war on mostly nonexistent terrorism.
However, knowing that these groups are funded by the
CIA and actually have members of the CIA in their
group changes the meaning of these measures to
eradicate them. They become a false flag operation
that will only end in the restriction of American liberties.
Considering that the US government has been making
ample attempts to control or shut down the internet, it

Susanne Posel's husband David Posel is a convicted

criminal and has spent time in prison for casing out
cars in parking lots so he could rob them. He also still
had the password to Pete Santilli's server.
Susanne Posel herself was convicted of Child
endangerment in January of 2013 and admittedly is
now hiding from CPS in Oregon.
Susanne recently went on many talk shows admitting

In October of 2012 Susann Posel was arrested by Beaverton Oregon
City Police for criminal child neglect and pled guilty to the charge. The
Police report states her child was found over two miles away from home
on a busy intersection and picked up by a couple who saw him along
side the roadway. The couple took the child to a nearby auto sales and
phoned the police. Susanne was questioned and immediately arrested
when she came to pick up the child over two hours after the child had
gone missing. The officer was quoted as saying Mrs. Posel was agitated
and lied to him about her knowledge of the child's whereabout's,
claiming she thought he was at a neighbors --- but then changed her
story and said they had been looking for him on their own and couldn't
find him. Dispatchers report they have no recordings of either Mr. or Mrs.

Posel making a 911 call to alert the police that the child was missing.
The officer on the scene concluded they didn't make the call because
neither parent was even aware the five year old was gone. "The first
few hours are the most crucial when a child is abducted, Mrs. Posel was
lucky this time, as the child could have very easily been picked up by
someone not so nice." Susanne pled guilty to the charges in exchange
for a $500 fine, probation and her case not being able to be found
through an internet search. However here is the case information so you
can request a copy of the documents through the Beaverton City Clerk
of Courts. Beaverton County Courts: 503-526-2260 or 503-846-6600
Case Number: M-102-003. Incidentally, Susanne still managed to
produce three articles the day her child went missing. Later Susanne
was quoted as saying after her sentencing that, "I am just relieved the
public will not be able to find out what happened through a web search.
Unless they knew what they were looking for they will never be able to
find it."
Within a few days after her sentencing in late January, Posel used her
website to post a retaliatory hit piece against the Beaverton Police
Department, claiming that they are not a legitimate entity authorized to
effect arrests, despite her attorney's advisement against the theory
holding up in a court of law in her favor. Susanne could never have used
her so-called proof which she published in her hit piece as "evidence" in
court because this information was only good enough to manipulate the
minds of her readers, and to cover her tracks in the future if this sensitive
information were to ever be revealed to the public.
