Technical Process : The license and basic

engineering for the ammonia, urea and NPK plants
ha been provided by HTAS, UTIC and HDO resp.
Detailed engineering for the ammonia, urea and NPK
plants had been carried out by FACT Engineering
and Design Organisation, Cochin, Technimont
Industrial Consultancy Bureau, Baroda and HDO
resp.
The arrangements for technical arrangements
include providing suitable performance gurantees
backed up by provisions of penalties/liquidated
damages in case of non achievement of guarantees.
Various Information about HTAS, UTIC and HDO has
been provided.

3. Examine and analyse the salient features of the

technical collabrations agreements entered into by the
company with Haldor Tpsoe A/S, Denmark, UTI
construction Inc., USA and Hindustan Dorr-Oliver,
Mumbai. Identify specifically the technical services for
which payment is being made.
