TECNOLOGA DESDE ANDALUCA

SENOR (Suspensiones Elsticas del Norte, S.L.), desde su nacimiento (1995), tiene una clara vocacin
innovadora y de futuro: desarrollar los mejores sistemas de suspensin elstica diseados para erradicar
la contaminacin acstica. Desde finales de 2005, SENOR ofrece sus innovaciones, al mercado nacional
e internacional, instalado definitivamente en sus novsimas instalaciones de Palma del Ro, Crdoba.
Instalaciones que prximamente se vern aumentadas con varias naves adicionales para dar cabida a
nuestro propio laboratorio y planta de inyectado.
Uno de los factores determinantes en la evolucin meterica de SENOR ha sido, sin duda, el firme
compromiso con el I+D+i: ms que un ideal, una realidad en las singladuras de SENOR. Como muestra
podramos citar las numerosas Patentes, Modelos de Uso, etc., patentados ante la Oficina Espaola de
Patentes y Marcas, adems de los premios recibidos.
En SENOR, todos nuestros productos han superado con xito los incontables ensayos realizados
por laboratorios independientes. Mantenemos un esfuerzo diario por cumplir las obligaciones de la
certificacin ISO 9001:2000 (BVQI), implementada desde nuestro Dpto. de Calidad.
Para finalizar, quiero agradecer la confianza que en SENOR han depositado desde el pequeo instalador

SENOR (Suspensiones Elsticas del Norte, S.L.) from the start (1995), had a clear and innovative
point of view: the development of the best acoustic suspension systems designed to eradicate
acoustic contamination. Since 2005, SENOR offers its solutions to the world from its new, state of
the art headquarters located at Palma del Ro, Spain. Headquarters soon to be expanded with a
laboratory and a specialized plastic injection plant.
One of the main reasons of the meteoric development of SENORs project has been, without a
doubt, its firm commitment with R&D: more than a word, it is our daily goal and guidance. As
a result of this commitment we have been honoured with numerous Prizes and are the proud
owners of many Patents (registered at the Spanish Patents Office).
Furthermore, another element that might explain our success is the Quality Excellence Policy
implemented by our Quality Department: we conduct laboratory tests on all of our products and
are proud to guarantee them. And, as part of this Quality Policy, we have been awarded with the
ISO 9001:2002 Certificate by BVQI.
La ditta SENOR (Suspensiones Elsticas del Norte, S.L.), dalla sua nascita (1995), mantiene
ancora una chiara impronta innovatrice rivolta al futuro: sviluppare i migliori sistemi a
sospensione elastica disegnati per eliminare ogni tipo di inquinamento acustico. E dal 2005
che la SENOR offre soluzioni costruttive per il mercato nazionale e internazionale, e lo fa
dai nuovissimi stabilimenti sorti a Palma del Ro, in provincia di Crdoba. Prossimamente,
accanto alle strutture gi esistenti, sorgeranno altri stabilimenti in grado di ospitare un nostro
proprio laboratorio e un impianto di iniezione.
Il nostro impegno nei confronti dell I-D-i (Innovazione, Ricerca e Sviluppo) stato, senza
dubbio, uno dei fattori determinanti per questa evoluzione nel tempo ottenuta dalla SENOR:
pi che seguire un ideale, abbiamo seguito una vera e propria rotta. Servano come esempio
i numerosi Brevetti, Modelli dUso, ecc. che sono stati depositati presso la Oficina Espaola
de Patentes y Marcas (Ufficio Spagnolo Deposito Brevetti e Registrazione Marchi), oltre
naturalmente ai numerosi premi ricevuti.
Un altro elemento che pu spiegare le ragioni di questo incredibile successo lo sforzo
per garantire il corretto funzionamento dei nostri prodotti; i numerosi test realizzati da
alcuni laboratori esterni e lo sforzo giornaliero per il raggiungimento della certificazione ISO
9001:2000 (BVQI), voluta dal nostro Dipartimento per la Qualit., ne sono la riprova.

innovante, tourne vers lavenir : mettre au point les meilleurs systmes de suspension lastique
conus pour liminer la pollution sonore. Depuis la fin de 2005, SENOR offre tous ses innovations
au march national et international, install dans de nouveaux locaux Palma del Ro, dans la
province de Cordoue. Ces installations seront bientt compltes par de nouveaux btiments
abritant notre propre laboratoire et une unit dinjection.

eindeutig innovative und auf die Zukunft ausgerichtete Berufung: die besten elastischen
Aufhngesysteme herzustellen, die dazu entwickelt worden sind, die akustische Kontamination
zu beseitigen. Seit Ende des Jahres 2005 bietet SENOR seine Lsungen aus seinen neuen
und hoch modernen Einrichtungen in Palma del Ro, Crdoba. Diese Einrichtungen werden in
nchster Zeit durch weitere Zusatzhallen erweitert, um Platz fr unser eigenes Laboratorium
und eine Einspritzanlage zu schaffen.

ES.- Aislador acstico (CAUCHO-MUELLE). Incorpora un novedoso sistema de seguridad que evita posibles imperfecciones o debilitamientos
que puedan presentar las perfileras, consiguiendo as, una mayor seguridad del tratamiento.
Sistema elstico:
- Muelle de Acero; presenta un alto grado de aislamiento a vibraciones en el rango de bajas / medias frecuencias.
- Elementos Viscoelsticos; presenta un factor de amortiguamiento mayor y un alto grado de aislamiento a vibraciones en el rango de las
medias / altas frecuencias y, adems, aporta una mejora en el asentamiento del muelle.

Una vez suspendidas las varillas del forjado, procederemos
a insertar las horquillas en la misma, a travs del casquillo
giratorio con rotura de puente trmico.

Seguidamente se proceder a su nivelacin a
travs del casquillo giratorio.
Se insertan las horquillas en el perfil mediante una ligera

presin.
Use the bushing to level the clip.
Attach the clips to the furring channel by gently pressing

them until they click into place.
Slide the clips into position on the rods hanging from the slab,
passing the rod through the rotating thermal break bushing.
Si hay algn defecto en su nivelacin, podremos corregirlo

por medio del casquillo giratorio sin tener que soltarlo del
perfil.

desmontables, provisto de un casquillo giratorio fabricado en
polipropileno que proporciona una rotura de puente trmico y
adems erradica la posible conductividad elctrica (lampara, focos,

Procedimiento:
A.-Clculo de la flecha y de la frecuencia de resonancia
del aislador a partir del conocimiento de la carga a la
cual estar sometido.
1.-El valor de la carga (Kg) se lleva al eje de ordenadas
izquierdo y se determina su interseccin con las rectas
(lneas verde o azul) mediante una lnea horizontal. En este
punto se traza una lnea vertical hasta el eje de abscisas.
2.-El valor en el eje de abscisas es el valor de la flecha
(mm).
3.-En el punto de interseccin de la lnea vertical con la
curva (lnea violeta) se traza una lnea horizontal hasta el
eje de ordenadas de la derecha. El valor en este eje es el
valor de la frecuencia de resonancia (Hz).
B.-Clculo de la carga y la flecha a partir del
conocimiento de la frecuencia de resonancia que se
pretenda obtener.
1.-El valor de la frecuencia de resonancia (Hz) se lleva al eje de ordenadas derecho y se determina su interseccin con la curva (lnea violeta) mediante una
lnea horizontal. En este punto se traza una lnea vertical hasta el eje de abscisas.
2.-El valor en el eje de abscisas es el valor de la flecha (mm).
3.-En el punto de interseccin de la lnea vertical con las rectas (lneas verde o azul) se traza una lnea horizontal hasta el eje de ordenadas de la izquierda. El
valor en este eje es el valor de la carga a la cual ha de estar sometido el aislador para que obtenga la frecuencia de resonancia deseada.
