Week of the Young Child & Member Appreciation

We feel that it is important to celebrate not only early childhood children, but to also celebrate the
professionals that work in the field.
Typically in the past we have done an Activity Fair, and last year we switched it up a bit and sent out a
Thank You, for All That You Do gift to each of our members that included a 2014 - 2015 early educator
themed school planner, a book for the class, and 2-3 Activity handouts. - a value of $15.00!
This year the Week of the Young Child (WOYC) will focus on the theme of
Celebrating our Youngest Learners
and will be held from April 12th - 18th, 2015.
Visit www.nwndaeyc.org to keep updated on the activities and events!

As a member, your presence at the AGM will help support the executive board in celebrating a year of
success. Elections for open board positions occur at this meeting, along with an overview of the
2014-2015 year. We also begin the planning process for the upcoming year. Open board positions,
nomination candidates, etc. will be posted on our website before the AGM. Keep checking in!
