Throughout the beginning of the movie Gandhi realizes that the people of
South Africa were non-Christian like
Discrimination was occurring
Racism was also a major factor
This shows challenging the process because in the movie Gandhi took plenty
risks and searched for opportunities of freedom

INSPIRE A SHARED VISION

South Africa part of the British Empire
Elimination of Discrimination
Burning of the non-white only passes owned by the government
This shows inspiring a shared vision because in the movie Gandhi had
a vision and stuck with it

The building of the communities
Putting together the newspaper for his act of non-violence

This shows enabling others to act because in the movie he gave the people
of his country encouragement that they could be free

setter and always was a creator of opportunity, no matter what.

IDEALIZED INFLUENCE
As depicted in the one of the major scenes of the movie
Gandhi lead India to victory by simply promoting nonviolence against British troops.
As he first burned the non-white passes, it showed the
braveness of his promotion

INSPIRATIONAL MOTIVATION
Gandhi was an inspiration and a leader to his
followers because I constantly stated how their
would be a better future for India if they act in nonviolence
He wanted to gain India freedom
This shows inspirational motivation because in the
movie Gandhi was a very motivational individual
that everyone followed

INTELLECTUAL STIMULATION
Gandhi was an extremely fearless leader in his regard he
didnt care about the people that disliked him for doing
whats right
He continued to lead his followers to the promise land
This shows intellectual stimulation because in the movie it
depict that Gandhi was an individual that loved to think

Gandhi engendered a positive impact on
the individuals of India
He treated everybody equally
No favoritism shown
Gandhi loved everyone even his enemies
This shows individual consideration because
in the movie Gandhi believed that everyone
was equal but he was very distant from
people that disliked him

Leadership style where leaders set an example and expect others to follow
Lead people in correct direction

LEADERSHIP OF GANDHI
Gandhi was a transformational leader because he continued to fight the
rights of his country and was a very prideful individual to say the least.
Lead his country to victory/freedom

PURPOSE
The purpose of the presentation is to show everyone how much of a
outgoing, prideful, respectable, encouraging, and motivational leader
Gandhi was.

CONCLUSION
Transformational Leadership is leadership style that enhances the
motivation, morale, and job performance of followers through a variety of
mechanisms.
Gandhis Transformational Leadership: He continued to go for what he knew
was right for his country and was a very prideful individual that transformed
the way his country thought forever.
Had many followers to back him up while taking a stand.
