Monday 21 September 2009 *** IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION

Honorable Julia Gillard MP

Deputy Prime Minister
PO Locked Bag 14
Werribee Victoria 3030

By Facsimile: 9741 6213 (... pages)

Dear Ms Gillard

UNITED NATIONS TOLD 'FAMILY COURTS ABUSING ONE MILLION AUSTRALIAN'S HUMAN RIGHTS
A CRY FOR HELP FOR ONE MILLION AUSTRALIAN VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS PREDATION BY
FAMILY LAW COURTS AND FAMILY LAW LAWYERS (SOLICITORS, BARRISTERS AND JUDGES)
AUSSIES IN WONDERLAND: WITCH HUNT, WATERGATE, WATERLOO - VICTORIAN SUPREME COURT
PROCEEDINGS 9665 OF 2007, 9263 AND 10222 OF 2008 AND 3731 AND 3766 OF 2009
1. I refer to my previous letters, my last being 16 September 2009 (copy attached) and wish to again express
my gratitude to your staff, Amy and John, for their warm expressions of sympathy for my situation.
2. I am reeling from the stories I read in the papers on Friday of the Federal Attorney-General's open
admissions that the legal profession lets down its customers and is populated by 'sharks with wigs'. As my
case demonstrates, the crisis situation is even worse than perhaps even the Federal Attorney-General
realises.
3. I attach for your information a copy of my facsimile to the various Supreme Court Judges, and 4 sets of
Government funded law-firms that are protecting these 4 sharks with wigs from my legitimate complaints of
their criminal, predatory behaviours.
4. I would be grateful if you would shepherd these materials too past the Federal Attorney-General.
5. I note that Friday'Ts Australian reported of your chairing last week an intergovernmental panel on social
justice. These complaint materials, like all I have sent to you previously, are of course heavy with social
justice commentary and comment, so I trust that you will read these carefully also and hopefully do some
good from them.
6. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss these issues, when you are next in the electorate. I would
appreciate a letter from your staff advising me of a sutiable appointment date for your convenience.
Kind regards
JAMES JOHNSON
