INJUSTICE GAMES AND FAILED JUSTICE: VICTORIAN SUPREME COURT PROCEEDINGS 9665 OF
2007, 9263 AND 10222 OF 2008 AND 3731 AND 3766 0F 2009

1. I refer to my urgent correspondence of 11 November 2009 on behalf of ordinary Australian children and
families.
2. Here is some more information showing that the problems which I highlight are global problems wihout racial
or class boundaries. This time from the UK media: http://www.thecustodyminefield.com/17.html or please
refer to the attached printed copy of this document (a list of online media and learned articles on the Anglo-
world's problem of secret family courts destroying childhoods and families. How can any governments (and
these claim to be 'first world' governments, and even 'superpowers' with highest material standards of living
and educational standards on the planet) execute so much hatred and abuse towards the children and
ordinary families of their countries.
3. Your Holiness, I again ask for an audience with your good people when you are in Australia and Melbourne
this December. I ask that Your Holiness might speak out about these most basic of human child rights
abuses that the leaders of the (English speaking) governments of this world tacitly condone and in their
silence and inaction give their wholehearted blessings. The sheer scale of these decades of attrocities, and
the power imbalance between these strong Governments and their hated and abused children – surely they
must have been already noticed by Your Holiness in Your worldly travels.
