1- Consider a velocity field where x and y components of velocity are given by

3- A steady, two-dimensional, incompressible flow field in the xy-plane has a

components u and v. (b) Verify that the flow field satisfies the incompressible
continuity equation. (c) Plot several streamlines of the flow in the upper-right
quadrant.
4- In a certain two-dimensional flow field the velocity is constant with components
u= -4 ft/s and v= -2 ft/s. Determine with corresponding stream function and
velocity potential for this flow field. Sketch the equipotential line =0 which
passes through the origin of the coordinate system.
5- The stream function for a given two-dimensional flow field is
