My goal is to engage students in conversations and use empowering techniques that influence and contribute

delivery of education services and procedures. I have developed a coaching website that provides a central
place for advisors to access and download documents, receive updates and announcements, and a place to
share information and ideas. I have also developed workshops designed to inform coaches about
instructor/student relations and how to efficiently use Microsoft Office. I have assisted in designing a standard
coaching curriculum for Kaplans Coaching Program; and developed a Welcome Call Training Program to
