Mogae Media are the sole & exclusive marketing partners of Indias largest telecom
company,Airtel, to monetize the entire range of advertising apertures available on the Airtel
network. We today create brand engagements, across Airtels entire pan-India base of 187
million subscribers, on SMS, MMS, USSD, WAP, IVR and a whole host of other touch-points.
Mogae Media are also about to ink a contract to become the sole partner for monetizing of
www.starsports.com on the internet as well as the mobile.
Mogae Media is part of the Mogae Group, was started by Sandeep Goyal, who has a long
successful career in advertising & media, both as a professional as well as an entrepreneur.
We started out about a year ago with our Head Office is Gurgaon with regional and sales
office in Mumbai and Bangalore.

Requirements:

Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for driving awareness and
usage of the company's product portfolio, which includes Airtel mobile advertising for
the Indian market.
You will work in a very fast, startup environment where on your feet thinking, hienergy, passion and above all, execution are prized.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for respective regions (split into categories) to manage,
develop and grow advertiser and agency relationships.
Report on weekly, monthly and quarterly goals for the division and team members of
the division.
Achieve gross sales targets for the year.
Cultivate new clients and deepen existing relationships with the aim of making Airtel
as a preferred destination for Mobile advertising needs.
Ensure quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients

Co-ordinate and help with financial management -- billing & recoveries of your
accounts,
Be operationally strong with account management and optimization and have strong
awareness of latest developments and trends in online/mobile advertising.

Education Qualification:

MBA (Marketing preferably)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey
information to others in a concise, coherent manner.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
High-energy and goal driven

Salary: 14 LPA {(10.5 Fixed + 3.5 lpa variable (performance linked)}

Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore
