1. Mix Part 1 in the order listed until homogeneous and smooth and heat to 80C.
2. Heat and stir Part 2 to 80C.
3. Add Part 1 to Part 2 slowly with homogenization.
4. Cool to 40C and add ingredients listed under Part 3, in the order listed. Mix well after each
addition.
Description
This sunscreen is an elegant W/O emulsion with great SPF and
transparency. Kobo's Zinc Oxide Dispersion, TNP50ZSI, spreads
easily and is transparent. CL-2080 adds a creamy feel and a matte
appearance on the skin.

1. In main kettle, combine Part 1 ingredients and heat to 78C - 80C with moderate speed
propeller mixing.
2. Heat Part 2 to 80C and mix until uniform.
3. Add Part 2 to Part 1 with medium speed propeller mixing. Mix for 15 minutes or until
emulsification is complete.
4. Begin cooling batch.
5. At 40C, add Part 3 to batch and mix well.
6. Cool to 25C.
Description
This lightweight sunscreen is an O/W emulsion that provides SPF
using Kobos Zinc Oxide Dispersion, TNP50ZSI. TNP50ZSI also
contributes to application and is transparent on the skin. Squalane
and Vitamin E Acetate help to provide soothing skin properties.

3. Divide the aqueous phase (Part 1) into three aliquots. Add each one slowly to the oil phase
(Part 2) with 10 minutes mixing between each addition.
4. After emulsification is complete, continue stirring while cooling to 33C.
5. Homogenize product for 3 minutes or so at 33-35C.
Description
This sunscreen provides a high SPF 50 with the use of Kobos
Titanium Dioxide Dispersion, TNP40VTTS. This is combined with
three organic UV absorbers to synergize and optimize protection from
the sun. Allantoin and Shea Butter supplement healing of the skin.
TNP40VTTS is transparent on the skin.
**The USA limit of Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate is 7.5%.
This formula is for Europe only.

Description
This sunscreen is a W/O emulsion that uses a combination of
inorganic sunscreens, Kobo's Titanium Dioxide Dispersion,
TNP50T7, and Kobo's Zinc Oxide Dispersion, TNP50ZSI, to produce
SPF for protection against UVB/UVA. The addition of moisturizers in
the form of plant extracts and biopolymers helps to further condition
the skin. The combination of Kobo's Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide
Dispersions gives excellent UVA protection and transparency on skin.

1. In main kettle, combine Part 1 ingredients and heat to 80C with Silverson mixing.

1. Combine Part 1 materials. Add the Lucentite SAN-P slowly to Part 1. Stir with a Cowles Dissolver
in a stainless steel beaker at high speed for 20 minutes. Add the Phenoxyethanol and stir an
additional 20 minutes.
2. Combine all the Part 3 ingredients in a stainless steel beaker and stir at high speed with a
Cowles Dissolver for 30 minutes. Add gel Parts 1 and 2 to Part 3 to form the base.
3. Add Part 4 ingredients to the base and homogenize for 15 minutes.
4. Combine aqueous Part 5 ingredients and stir until clear.
5. Add Part 5 slowly to the base and continue homogenizing while heating to 75C.
6. Add the waxes (Part 6) to the base and continue to homogenize. Begin air cooling.
7. At 70 C add the Velvesil and QS solvent loss.
8. Add Part 8 (Vanillin) to the main batch at 55C.
9. At 42C add the Panthenol solution. Continue homogenizing and cool until 25C. Fill into
appropriate containers.

Description
This W/O sunscreen includes Koboguard 5400 IDD, which helps to
provide both rub and water-resistance, contributing to long-lasting
protection of the sunscreen. PM9P50M170, Kobo's Titanium Dioxide
Dispersion, provides transparency and contributes to the high SPF.
Lucentite SAN-P gives thickening and stabilizes the emulsion.
Tospearl 2000B gives excellent slip and feel on application. SF1540
is an excellent W/O emulsifier. Velvesil 125 is a silicone elastomer
which provides a lubricious application and afterfeel.

1. In a suitable beaker, mix Part 1 together using a propeller mixer until it is homogeneous.
3. Mix Part 2 and heat to 85C.
4. Add Part 1 to Part 2 slowly with a propeller mixer (do not homogenize).
5. Add Part 3 with propeller mixing for 5 minutes or until homogeneous.
6. When batch has cooled to 50C add Part 4 to batch with propeller mixing.
7. When batch has cooled to 35-40C homogenize slowly for 3 minutes.

Description
This sunscreen uses Kobo's Zinc Oxide Dispersion, HBTN65HP1
and Titanium Dioxide Dispersion, HBP50VMTS, for UVA/UVB
protection. The Butyloctyl Salicylate is a booster to help increase the
SPF value. This product also contains DAITOSOL 5000AD which is a
transparent type of film former that helps to give water resistance to
the formulation. MSS-500W spherical silica gives slip during
application and reduces shine on the skin.

This UV Balance, sheer foundation has excellent slip and playtime.
UV Balance FAS60UVP100, Kobo's Titanium Dioxide Dispersion,
helps provide a 3:1 ratio of SPF to PFA. The FAS Dispersions of Iron
Oxides give color consistency and ease of manufacturing. SF1528 is
an excellent W/O emulsifier and SS4230 helps give wear. SF1202
gives playtime during application while SF1555 helps with feel in
application.

Description
This non-whitening SPF foundation contains Kobo's transparent Iron
Oxide Dispersions, TNP55TRR and TNP55TRY, which have a high
tint strength without coverage. Kobo's Pigmentary Dispersions,
TNP80BNFSI (black iron oxide) and SW65U (Titanium Dioxide), help
to give the shade and slight coverage. TNP40VTTS, Kobo's
Attenuation Grade Dispersion, gives SPF protection. MSS-500W
spherical silica gives slip during application and reduces shine on the
skin. Lucentite SAN-P gives thickness to the formula. SF1555 and
Element14 PDMS 5-A give slip to the formula during application and
SS4267 helps with wear.

6. At 60C add Part 6 to Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Continue homogenizing to 25C.
7. Add Part 7 slowly - hand side sweep.

Description
This concealer provides high coverage without chalkiness, achieved
by using Kobos Crosspolymer-Treated GMS-TTB4, and
Crosspolymer-Treated Pigments. KTZ Interval Red neutralizes dark
circles (Red cuts Blue) underneath the eye area. Velvesil 125
promotes a creamy, gel texture to the product, and SP-10 gives a
creamy slip during application. SF1528 is an excellent W/O
emulsifier, and SF96-20 provides even spread on application.

Description
This crme-to-powder foundation provides SPF. A combination of
Kobos Pigmentary Grade Titanium Dioxide, BTD-401, and Kobo's
Titanium Dioxide Dispersion, CM3KG40T7, provides broad range UV
protection. The combination of Kobo's ITT-Treated powders, GMS-I2,
ASO-I2, Nylon 10-I2 and Sericite O-I3, provides the basis for the
crme-to-powder texture. Kobo's ITT-Treated Pigments disperse
easily and aid in ease of manufacturing along with color consistency.
A silicone base imparts excellent slip upon application to the skin,
while Vitamin E and Pro-Vitamin B5 condition and moisturize the
skin. SF1528 is an excellent W/O emulsifier.

1. Charge water to main tank and begin mixing with propeller agitation.
2. Add Disodium EDTA and Lucentite. Continue mixing.
3. Pre-blend Glycerin and Keltrol. Add to main tank and continue mixing. Begin heating to 75-78C.
4. Add the powders and stir for 15 minutes.
5. Combine Part 2 in side container and heat to 78-82C. Mix with propeller
agitation to insure uniformity.
6. When both Part 1 and Part 2 have reached temperature, charge Part 2 into Part 1.
7. Continue mixing with propeller agitation for 15 minutes maintaining temperature.
8. Begin cooling. Combine Part 3 in side container and mix until solution is clear.
9. When batch temperature has cooled to 65C, add TEA. Batch will slightly thicken.
10. When batch temperature has cooled to 60C, switch mixing to homogenization.
11. Charge TiO2 Dispersion into batch and mix for 15 minutes. Continue cooling. Add preservative
to batch and continue homogenization.
12. When batch temperature is at or below 50C, charge remaining ingredients and continue to
homogenize for 10 minutes. Switch to side sweep agitation for remainder of cool down.

1. Combine Part 1 liquid ingredients into main tank and homogenize for 15 minutes.
2. Sift in BPD-500W slowly. Continue homogenization for 15 minutes after complete addition of
microsphere.
3. In a side container using propeller agitation, mix Part 3 ingredients until solution is homogenous
and clear. Add Part 3 to main tank in quarter parts mixing at least 15-20 minutes between each
addition.
**Batch temperature will increase while mixing.**

This formula visibly reduces wrinkles and lines, and helps to control

1. Add Part 1 raw materials to main tank (SS 1200 ml beaker) under a fume hood.
2. Mix until homogenous using a homogenizer.
3. Add the powder mixture to Part 1 and homogenize for 15 minutes.
4. Combine the Methylparaben and Glycerin. Stir until dissolved.
5. Combine the water and Zirkonal to form the salt solution.
6. Combine Parts 3 and 4 to form the aqueous phase. Add the aqueous Parts 3 and 4 very slowly
to Silicone powder Parts 1 and 2 with mixing (Homogenizer: 3,500rpm). Increase to 7000 rpm as
viscosity builds. Add a water bath.
7. Continue to homogenize the batch for 15 minutes. (Homogenizer: 7,000 rpm.)
8. Heat batch to 77-80C. Make sure top is covered with aluminum foil. Internal heat is generated
via mixing that will produce temperatures in excess of 75C.
9. Add Part 5 to the batch at 75-80C. Continue to homogenize for 5 minutes. Q.S solvent SF1202.
10. Mold into appropriate stick containers. Cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

This antiperspirant incorporates an ITT-Treated starch, ASO-I2, along
with Silica microspheres that work in synergy with the active Zirkonal
to keep the underarm dry. Tospearl 2000B contributes superior glideon application properties. The SF1528 emulsifier is used to form the
