Net Promoter Score

The Net Promoter Score is a system to ensure the quality in the delivery of our
programs to our customers by using a feedback system. Participants of our
programs would be sent a survey
All they have to do is answer on a scale of 1 - 10 if they liked the service or not.

The system which does an analysis of the survey and presents for analysis and
decision making.

The Surveys you fill, generate NPS rate (Promoters Detractors ) through a feedback comment help us to
analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the exchange
The main idea is to ensure that you like EP gets better
evaluation during the exchange process

Participants receive the survey by mail and 7 days after


a memory
