This study examined the various health issues of working women aged 50-65 in Angeles City, Philippines. A questionnaire was administered to 146 female respondents aged 50-65 working in Angeles City. The questionnaire covered physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health issues. The most common issues reported were eye problems as a physical issue, poor memory as a mental issue, stress as an emotional issue, and staying indoors as a social issue. The majority of respondents said their health issues moderately affected their physical well-being, diet, work, finances, recreation, and social relations, but did not affect their marital, sexual, or family relations. Women are living longer and are encountering more and more health challenges. In the past, womens health research focused on fertility and reproduction, while research regarding other diseases focused on men. Thus, it is important to identify this inequitable situation so that women can be diagnosed and treated accordingly. The overriding purpose of this study was to determine the health issues of working women aged fifty to sixty five in Angeles City, Philippines. The study is a quantitative descriptive type. It is done through the use of a selfadministered questionnaire. It was validated by five experts and the results from pilot study underwent Cronbachs analysis to determine its reliability. The questionnaire is composed of a checklist and a seven-point bipolar scale. The respondents were chosen based from the following criteria: they should be females aging 50-65 years old, working in Angeles City, Philippines excluding self-employed. The researchers used purposive sampling and the total number of respondents was 146. Most of the respondents have a physical health issue of eye problem, mental health issue of poor memory, emotional health issue of stress, social health issue of staying indoors and no spiritual health issues. The majority of the respondents physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual health issues moderately affects physical well-being, diet, work, finances, recreation and social relations and other aspects of their life, but those health issues do not affect the respondents marital, sexual and family relations. Based from the results, all health issues do not the affect the marital, sexual and family relations. Since there are health issues experienced, the researchers recommend this to nurses, to educate patients, especially women aged 50-65 years, of the possible health issues they may encounter and preventive measures for such.
