20 minutes
Set up
Students will get into a group with a partner. After they have a partner each pair will
receive a Frisbee. The lesson will start out with throwing to one another 10 feet apart.
The students will encourage their partner when throwing the Frisbee and say positive
things when making a complete throw or a catch. After they have thrown for 4
minutes, they will have an application task where they will throw and catch as many
as they can in a row without dropping one. They will then throw to one another and if
they complete a pass they will take a giant step back and if they miss one they take a
gian step forward. After another 4 minutes there will be an application task lasting 1
minute. The next task is
