AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY

We, ELPIDIO N. QUINOMIS, ELLEN Q. CALAWEN AND ESTELA Q.

LABBOT, all of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Asinan, Taloy Sur, Tuba,
Benguet, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby, depose and say that:
1. We are among the surviving legitimate children of INO KINOMIS
(a.k.a. INO QUINOMIS) who died at Palina, Pugo, La Union on October
26, 2004 and who left a certain parcel of land covered and embraced
by ASSESSMENT OF REAL PROPERTY (ARP) No. 99-012-00499 with
an area FIFTEEN THOUSAND (15, 000) Square Meters and located at
Asinan, Taloy Sur, Tuba, Benguet;
2. The aforementioned lot is not tenanted and has never been tenanted
and not primarily devoted to the production of rice or corn but it used
as grazing land and bamboo plantation because of its terrain and no
water supply nor is it subject to a lease agreement to third parties
whatsoever;
3. Further, the above described parcel of land has been in our
possession without any intervention of whatsoever, hence the land is
not tenanted or under lease by any agricultural tenant or lessee;
4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of our foregoing
statements and for the issuance of Certificate of Non-Tenancy and for
all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
