Tier II Date: 9/27/13

Directions:

1. Get 5 pieces of construction paper and stack them all together. Fold all
the pages together in half (hamburger style) to look like a book. Then
staple on the fold at the top, middle, and bottom of your book.

2. Title your book: CHEMICAL EQUATIONS BOOKLET

3. Open your booklet to the first page. The left and right side of your pages label at the bottom page 1.
Then turn the page and label the left and right side page 2. Continue to label all your pages.

Write a sentence that explains what is
happening in the reaction. Use the name of
the Elements and Compounds not symbols.
Make a T-Chart with the REACTANTS on
one side and PRODUCTS on the other.
Underneath, list the symbols of the
individual elements for each side and write
the number of atoms of that element.
