Subject: MNRE study - Indigenization of RE technologies

This is with respect to a letter dated 11/10/2011 received from MNRE

(F/A). In the said letter, MNRE has informed of conducting a study on
the indigenization of renewable energy, with specific focus on wind
energy technologies, under the MNRE Investment Promotion Fund,
being managed by IREDA. MNRE has also provided the proposed Terms
of Reference (ToR) for the study (F/B).
MNRE has requested IREDA to invite a proposal from M/s AF-Mercados
EMI Asia to carry out the aforementioned study as per the ToR provided
in accordance to rules based on powers given under GFR.
In this regard, we may constitute the following committee to invite
technical and financial proposal from M/s AF-Mercados EMI Asia and
give recommendations for awarding the assignment. The committee
may also monitor the work of the assignment.
