Issue description:

In a CRM 2013 organization we are experiencing duplicate records both inside the
CRM server and the CRM for Outlook client.
Some of the duplicate entries have entered data on it which is not replicated on
the other duplicate entries which means when a clean-up will be performed this
needs to be taken into consideration
