Cost of Laborers - salaries, bonus, attraction money, working hours in winter summer, travelling
cost, accommodation cost, overtime, labour suppers rate ...etc
Cost of Materials price fluctuations, checking alternatives, transportation loading and unloading
cost distribution cost, possibility of re use, calculate waste...etc
Cost of Plant-company own plant - depreciation, maintenance, insurances, licenses and
overheads/ Hire from external source

Procurement: -find the most competitive subcontractors and taking quotations, check specifications and
quantities do the comparisons
QS Tender: - check BOQs, drawings, prepare BOQs, queries, quantity checking taking off, site visits,
addendums, logs, arithmetical checking, inking tender submission..etc
QS Post Contract: - monthly, subcontractors and final valuations, variations, TPR updatesetc.
