Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of The Broome Fishing
Club will be held at the clubhouse on Saturday 6

December 2014 at 4pm.

BUSINESS

1. To confirm the minutes of the 2013 Annual General Meeting.

2. To receive the Annual Audited Accounts for the year ended 30
th
June 2014.

3. To accept the amended Constitution

4. To elect members to the Committee in accordance with rule 35.

Only financial members of the BFC are entitled to vote at meetings of the BFC.

NOTE: The appointment of a proxy relates solely to any vote taken at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) or any adjournment of that
