For a very long time and until now we have seen several cases of
manipulation or motivation. We can see these phenomena in several
areas. Such as in institutions, among group of people, and more
accurate during slavery. Now, a question arises, what or where is the
line between motivation and manipulation? In our development, at
first we will try to talk about motivation and in a second we focus on
manipulation while trying to distinguish the difference between these
two phenomena.

What is Motivation?... Some examples of motivation.
We can say that motivation is, in a living organism, the component or
process that sets its commitment for a specific activity. Motivation
takes place when we are not obliged to do an action. It is when we do
what we want to do without constraints or influences. There are many
forms of motivations; it can sometimes be something inside us in some
cases there may be something deep in us that encourages us to
perform an action. For example in some books or movies we people
fight because of a loved one to his eyes. Another example of internal
motivation, almost everyone struggles in life to satisfy the needs of his
parents in the future. Motivation can be also physical. It is also the one
we see most nowadays; it is the case in manufactories, between groups
of people etc.
A promise of pay increase may be regarded as a good example of
motivation. In soccer for example, premiums motive players to give
their best in the field. Hope can also be motivational.
After having finished speaking motivation we will focus on
manipulation.
What is manipulation? ... Some examples of manipulations.
We can define manipulation as all dark or occult attempts to distort or
direct perception of reality of a speaker by using a power relationship,
seduction, suggestion, persuasion, involuntary or made submission. It
is the fact to divert someone of his own beliefs, against his wills. It is
when we do something under threat. There are many forms of
manipulation. It can be mental. Mental manipulation is the character of
a trap whose appearance masks the true gravity at the beginning. With
this concept, the follower regained its status as desiring subject and
responsible and at the same time, a victim status since there is
discrepancy between what he believes and engages what he really
committed. There is also the physical manipulation. As an example we
can mention slavery. It is when people are forced to work without
reaping the fruits of their labor. Only for the benefit of the leader. It is
the case also in Qatar with the construction of stadiums.

Finally we can say that motivation and manipulation are two words
very different. And today we note the presence of these two
phenomena in our daily life
